Navid Saleki is a Swedish-born, Italy-based paramotor pilot with a deep passion for extreme sports and precision flying. Before paramotoring, he was a BMX Freestyle World Champion (2008) and also competed in downhill mountain biking. Now, he channels that same competitive spirit into paramotor slalom racing, while also enjoying discovery flights and paracamping.

As a team pilot for Fly Products, Sky Engines, and BGD, Navid is a well-known figure in the global paramotor community. He works full-time at Fly Products, collaborating on product development and testing. His frequent travels for work and competitions, including his role with Fly Products USA, have made him a recognized name in the sport. He embraces the motto “Go big or go home” and enjoys pushing limits, but always with a calculated and safety-conscious approach.

Navid’s journey into paramotoring began with skydiving, which he discovered while performing a BMX show in San Francisco. Seeking a longer flight experience, he tried paragliding but found it restrictive—until he discovered paramotoring, which offered the freedom and thrill he was looking for. “It feels like being a kid on a swing again,” he says, appreciating the ability to take off from remote locations and explore the world from above.

Navid has flown Helix propellers since day one, testing various brands but always returning to Helix for its balance of strength, efficiency, and reliability.
