Helix Team Pilot:
Àgata Lanz Faura

Get to know Àgata better:
Àgata Lanz Faura is an explorer at heart and a trailblazer in the world of paramotoring. As the founder of Rumbo Expedición, an international adventure flight school based in Mexico, she has spent the past decade leading cross-country expeditions across Egypt, Tunisia, Costa Rica, Baja California, and beyond. Her flying is deeply intertwined with her work as a professional aerial photographer, with credits that include National Geographic Wild, Discovery Channel, and other global outlets.
Flying since 2015 with Helix propellers, Àgata values their lightweight precision and quiet efficiency—traits she relies on for navigating long flights through remote landscapes. She flies a Vittorazi Atom 80 on Liberty’s Airnest frames and serves as a brand ambassador for Liberty, Airnest, and Vittorazi.
Whether she’s guiding a group through Baja Mexico, exploring the Icelandic wilderness, or launching from a dune deep in the Sahara, Àgata uses paramotoring as a tool for connection, storytelling, and discovery. Through Rumbo Expedición, she’s building a global community of pilots united by a love for exploration and the open sky.
