Always a pleasure to hang out and work together with the fine folks from JMB Aircraft! We were stoked to welcome the guys from JMB Aircraft Germany to try out the new 5-blade H42A-VTL-5 hydraulic propeller on the Rotax 916is powered VL3 Evolution. The combination performed flawlessly- delivering fast acceleration, ample power and a smooth ride- all while saving significant weight over “the other guy’s” propeller. We then took the opportunity to do an official noise measurement which it passed with flying colors.
