It was a cold winter’s day… and despite the freezing weather, we are still out here testing propellers! The Rotax 912 powered Scheibe Falke (SF 25) got the Helix treatment- put through the paces with our H50F SSI propeller. Piloted by the amazing Dr. Joscha, the Falke / H50F combo was tested for a number of performance indicators, including climb, cruise, unpowered gliding, and more. The tests are part of the supplemental type certificate application.  The H50F already being a time-tested workhorse- the combination passed muster and performed without issue.
